Roadworks near Avebury House

We have been advised that there are roadworks near the venue and you will need to take a detour via Medway St and Flesher Ave.  This will all be signposted as you near the destination, but may be an idea to allow yourself an extra 10 minutes or so.  Updated information is available here.
